Take the 101 to Santa Barbara. Take the Garden Street Exit. Head to the ocean [not towards the mountains] on Garden Street. Turn Right onto Cabrillo Boulevard. Continue on Cabrillo until you pass Los Banos Pool on the left. At the next red light turn left into the Santa Barbara Harbor. The first left in the Harbor will take you into the parking lot. Enter the parking lot and go in, take a ticket at the kiosk. Find a parking space. The first building on the right is the rest rooms of Marina II. There is a gate down to the Marina II docks. Enter through the gate. The Finaddict is in slip B-2. It will be at the bottom of the ramp on the left.
